The Blacksmith shop is open for lessons on Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm, weather permitting. Gloves, goggles, and work clothes are needed. 
The shop will open the First Thursday in April and remain open until the Last Thursday in October. 
Minimum age for new students is 16 years old, and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian who must remain on the premises during the entire time the student is on site. 
While our goal is to offer the program to any qualified individual that comes through our door, we reserve the option to turn new or prospective students away (until another week) due to overcrowding or lack of sufficient instructor availability as this could create a potentially unsafe working environment.
